Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member insurance plans and healthcare services
Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians
Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency with multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
Must reside in the state of Georgia
