Field Training Supervisor

The Field Training Supervisor is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources department and reports to the Field Training Manager. Field Training Supervisors will lead Field Training Coordinators who manage colleagues through their LearnRx training program by coordinating activities with colleagues, managers, and coaches. FTS's build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging data to continually evaluate the learner experience to measure training effectiveness and colleague performance.
The ideal candidate has a relentless passion to lead a team of approximately 5-12 Field Training Coordinators (FTC) that drive innovative, engaging and measurable training experiences, improving colleague sentiment and business outcomes.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
