About The Position

Start Date : ASAP - credentialing required

Position Highlights

Flexible self-scheduling : 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, full-time or part-time

Multiple practice settings : main hospital, satellite hospital, and surgery center

Broad case mix : ENT, general, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, low-risk OB, and healthy pediatrics

Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

Active or eligible Ohio license

DEA registration required before start

Clean licensure & malpractice history
