  • About the Role

This dynamic role places you at the intersection of marketing and technology, where you will define the future direction of tools and platforms that enable global marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in transforming creative ideas into tangible technological solutions, driving subscriptions, promoting business growth, and optimizing resources. Your contributions will directly enhance meaningful programs with partners across various communication channels, ensuring the organization's digital services reach their full potential.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition of future tools and technology direction by gathering requirements and distilling essential functionality to grow the digital services business.
  • Drive initiatives focused on increasing subscriptions, promoting business objectives through creative technological solutions, and achieving resource efficiencies.
  • Identify and implement creative strategies to boost earned and owned media presence and accelerate subscriber growth.
  • Translate insights from cross-functional teams, transforming abstract ideas and concepts into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps for tool development.
  • Oversee the management of requests for web landing pages and creative assets, collaborating with developers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide crucial support for the setup, link testing, messaging, and reporting for new affiliates, directly contributing to the delivery of digital services trials and subscriptions.
  • Assess team capabilities and limitations, accurately quantifying associated risks and costs for new projects.
  • Act as a central connector, liaising with engineering, production support, design, and product marketing teams to align on upcoming product launches or changes impacting marketing and partner tools.
  • Manage the daily marketing tools roadmap, coordinating effectively with external engineering agencies and key internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee product briefs and conduct regular meetings to ensure project timeliness and provide comprehensive progress updates to all teams.
  • Assist in the setup of tracking mechanisms and the integration of various APIs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand the suite of marketing tools by understanding common and ongoing business needs.
  • Serve as a vital resource for internal teams globally and key external partners, providing day-to-day troubleshooting, education, and communication regarding tools and roadmaps.
  • Manage the successful implementation of new tools, including providing training and creating essential documentation.
  • Monitor and oversee the performance of marketing tools, ensuring optimal functionality and impact.
  • Communicate key information to executives through regular reports and comprehensive launch summaries.

  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in cross-functional influence, effectively translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise communication across diverse audiences and partners, including explaining analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, with experience on complex, international, large-scale, and time-critical projects.
  • Results-oriented, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion for continuous learning and success.
  • Knowledgeable regarding leading digital ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and Content Management Systems (CMS), enabling the drafting of tool requirement documents and directing software engineers.
  • Familiarity with emerging engineering systems and experience in implementing key practices.
  • Risk management expertise, including identification, mitigation, and reduction tracking.
  • Understanding of various project management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of digital image and video file formats, and proficiency with industry-standard digital image and video editing tools.
  • BA or BS Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of professional experience in project / program management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
