Job Description:

• Manage a typical caseload of fewer than 8 clients
• Provide daytime support in daycare, school, and in-home settings
• Some clinic-based services in Winston-Salem
• Deliver high-quality ABA services, including:
• Assessments
• Treatment planning
• Parent collaboration
• Ongoing case oversight
• All services provided in person

Tiered Hours & Compensation:

• 20 hours/week – $85,000
• 22 hours/week – $90,000
• 25 hours/week – $25,000
• 30 hours/week – $100,000

Requirements:

• BCBA Credential
• North Carolina license
• In-person availability
• Reliable transportation

Salary Range:

• $85,000–$100,000
