Job Title: Sourcing Analyst
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking analytical, proactive professionals to join our team supporting a major player in the global sports and apparel industry. Our team values strategic thinkers eager to drive sourcing and cost planning activities while collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product creation, finance, supply planning, materials, and manufacturing to implement sourcing strategies.
• Manage the cost planning process, supporting profitability targets and assessing tradeoffs between product cost, margin, and other project criteria.
• Execute strategic sourcing activities from initial planning through seasonal execution, ensuring alignment with overall category goals.
• Leverage advanced data analysis to identify trends, provide business solutions for complex issues, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, textiles, supply chain, or related field preferred; an additional 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product/manufacturing roles, with specific knowledge of apparel, footwear, and/or textiles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups) and solid grasp of retail math and analytics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate, and build consensus in both independent and team-focused settings.
