Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Windows and automotive shop management software. Valid drivers license and ability to drive various vehicles. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an automotive shop environment. Hourly Pay : $20$25 / hour based on experience. Shift Premium : $3.50 / hour for 2nd shift. Overtime : Paid after 40 hours / week. Bonus Plan : Service Advisor performance-based bonuses. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with at least 5 years of proven success in a high-volume shop . The ideal candidate will excel at customer service sales and workflow management while maintaining strong communication with technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Sell services and parts build accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizations.
- Manage workflow by tracking vehicles assigning work orders and maintaining clear notes.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries.
- Coordinate parts ordering and ensure timely job completion.
- Perform road tests as needed and handle payment / delivery of vehicles.
- Support shop operations with flexibilityno task is too small.
