- Minimum 3 years of US architectural project experience with experience in mid-rise wood construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Self-driven – you don’t wait to be asked.

Day-to-Day - Think critically—not just draft—by identifying conflicts, risks, and opportunities in design and documentation
- Contribute to the quality and clarity of project documents at all phases.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants to support coordinated solutions.
- Produce design and construction documents in Revit with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections.
- Review drawings for coordination issues and bring questions or concerns forward early.
- Support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed.
- Research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.
Physical Requirements: Office based role with occasional site visits.
