Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, either in collaboration with physicians or independently, based on your credentialing
• Providing education to patients and families on prevention strategies, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice

Education and Experience

• A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
