HR Business Partner- Director

Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and our business leaders HR Business Partners (HRBP) are uniquely positioned to shape employee experiences ensure the companys talent grows in meaningful ways and help business leaders and HR at Hasbro be as successful as possible.

Reporting to the VP HRBP you will design and implement HR solutions that enable the divisions success foster a high-performance culture and support the continued transformation of our business. This role requires strong collaboration across the HR function influencing within a matrixed team and delivering both strategic and hands- on HR support.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location this position will be onsite Tuesday Thursday at Hasbros new HQ location in Boston the interim this position will be onsite Tuesday Thursday at Hasbros HQ in Pawtucket RI or at Hasbros temporary location in Boston MA.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with Sr. Leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive people initiatives focused on talent acquisition development retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Diagnose organizational and talent needs collaborating with business leaders to implement solutions that improve performance and engagement.
• Support business planning by ensuring talent structures performance management and recognition systems enable strategic goals.
• Partner with leaders on organizational development initiatives to strengthen capabilities processes and culture.
• Use HR data and analytics to provide insights identify trends and develop solutions to address root causes.
• Advance employee belonging through hiring promotion retention and inclusion practices.
• Partner with leaders to ensure succession planning and leadership pipeline strength for critical roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure diverse high-quality hiring and positive onboarding experiences.
• Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and deliver best-in- class HR programs and practices.
• Build strong trusted relationships across the division and the broader Hasbro enterprise to influence outcomes and manage change effectively.

What Youll Bring

The base salary range for this position is $147600 to $221400. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions.

The base salary range for this position is $147600.00 to $221400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions. Additionally employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
