Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Commercial sales
Partner with Sales to enhance technical discovery and qualification in complex sales cycles
Build scalable pre-sales processes to support technical wins in multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Required Qualifications
5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions Engineering role, with 2+ years in management
Proven success in high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales
Strong technical acumen for engaging with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders
Experience scaling Solutions Engineering functions in fast-growth environments
Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a bonus
