Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Process biweekly payroll and assist with timecard issues

Assign and validate state and local tax jurisdictions for employees

Review and resolve payroll tax notices and maintain organized documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll tax or payroll operations

Familiarity with multi-state payroll tax requirements

Experience with third-party payroll providers (Paycor preferred)

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Strong organizational skills
