Implementation Analyst

Job Description

The Implementation Analyst position is an individual contributor responsible for managing projects for the commercial services side of the business within financial institutions and fintech partners in North America.  The position is responsible for program managing virtual implementations, from requirements gathering until launch of new commercial solution products. The individual will coordinate with multiple internal teams to lead issuer project meetings and presentations and provide regular updates to issuer / fintech and internal leadership teams on project status.  The Implementation Analyst will also provide guidance and expertise, based on complete understanding of products and services, client business needs and project scope.  The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for coordination and delivery of training sessions, as needed. A portion of this role will involve developing clear and professional external documentation and internal workflow processes. The position requires a high level of interaction and collaboration with business and technical teams across the company.

The Details :

• Remote in USA, with preference for Eastern Time Zone
• Contract starting mid / end March through end of September
• Full time, 40 hours a week
• Up to 20% of travel potentially required
