As a Neurology - Stroke Physician, you will collaborate with a team of neurosurgeons and medical neurologists in a leading stroke care facility. The position offers involvement in a high-volume emergency department and contributions to a dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit. The facility is recognized for its exceptional stroke rehabilitation services and is open to H-1B candidates, ensuring a supportive and dynamic work environment.

The Neurosurgeons will join a team comprised of three Neurosurgeons and four Medical Neurologists, with support from a strong group of Neuroradiologists. The region s busiest emergency department with about 100,000 visits per year.

Ten-bed dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit.

Robust Hospitalist service provides medical consultative support.

Post-acute care hospital by Mary Free Bed attached to Covenant HealthCare hospital facilities.

As a Primary Stroke Center, Covenant was recently granted the highest award by the American Stroke Association for providing outstanding stroke care.

State of the art stroke rehabilitation services are provided through a joint venture partnership between Covenant HealthCare and Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.

The inpatient rehabilitation program is CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). There are several physiatrists on staff to direct rehabilitation care and neuropsychology consultation service available.
