A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for the delivery, configuration, setup, and maintenance of macOS equipment and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac hardware, software, and devices
Mentor other IT Service Desk Technicians and participate in process improvements
Required Qualifications
Apple Certified Technician (ACMT)
Strong analytical skills and understanding of troubleshooting methodology
Experience with Apple's Remote Support technology and Mac imaging solutions
Understanding of IT systems interplay, desktop and server relationships, and cloud computing
Ability to work with C-suite team members who use Mac laptops
