We're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role. What You'll Do as an Administrative Assistant :

Provide day-to-day administrative support to agents and management.

Review contracts and agreements for accuracy and completeness.

Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing client forms and policy documents.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism.

Schedule client appointments and keep calendars organized.

Enter and maintain accurate client information in CRM / software systems.

Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.

Help with light office tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing.

Contribute to special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For in an Administrative Assistant :

Recent graduate, current student, or retired-career professional seeking part-time work.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willing to learn new systems.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
