Your Role & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with the systems integrator, ensuring alignment and accountability for deliverables

Oversee program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone achievement

Manage program budget and maintain financial discipline throughout the lifecycle

Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business stakeholders, and steering committees

Engage frontline workers to validate requirements and support change management

Lead multiple workstreams, motivating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality

Travel up to 25% for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

710+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives

Proven success deploying technology solutions to frontline workers in operational environments

Experience partnering with systems integrators and managing vendor relationships

Background in regulated industries; utility sector experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with field work management platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite

Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills

Bonus Points If You Have :

Experience in matrixed organizations and with large consulting firms

PMP or similar certifications

Ability to balance technical expertise with customer service orientation

Education & Certifications You Need :

Formal degree not required; experience highly valued

PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus

$120,000$150,000 annually or $60$75 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
