Additional Details : Outpatient Clinic

Working within a patient centered care team

Seeing all ages of patients & whole spectrum of primary care

Working with acute and chronic health problems along with preventative care

Working with 4 other APP's

Will work autonomously occasionally

Clinic is open Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

Possible option for 4 / 10's

No Call

No weekends

Mostly scheduled appointments

Some walk in patients

Spanish speaking provider would be ideal
