[job_card.job_description]Job Title : Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)\n Assignment Type : Travel Nursing\n Location : Fayetteville, AR 72704\n Start Date : January 12, 2026\n End Date : April 13, 2026\n Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n Shift : Day shifts – 4x10 hour shifts (Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00am–4 : 30pm)\n Hours per Week : 40\n Healthcare Setting : On-site hospital operating room\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications\n Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience, including Orthopedics, Plastics, and OB / GYN cases\n Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills\n Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care in the operating room\n Demonstrate leadership and sound scientific judgment in planning and anticipating patient needs\n Ensure availability of supplies and equipment for surgical procedures\n Maintain timely case flow and effective communication with families and the surgical team\n Update physician preference cards and assist with scrubbing and supporting physicians during procedures as needed\n Supervise and support clinical personnel delivering patient care in the surgical setting\n Adhere to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, regulatory standards, and hospital policies\n
