Our beautiful dental practices in Paramus and Clifton, NJ and Spring Valley, NY is seeking a person with great organizational skills as a FULL TIME Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing organization.

The dental receptionist / treatment coordinator is a vital member of the office. In your role as a skilled front office staff, the work performed by you must be of the highest quality, accuracy and efficiency since it affects the day to day flow of the entire office. As the patient's first contact with the office, you represent the patients' first and often lasting impression of DentalHealth360. This position requires an individual who is organized, works well under pressure, and presents a pleasant and cheerful nature. Previous Dental Office Experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

1. Excellent customer service skills & phone skills

2. Excellent communication and active listening skills

3. Be willing to learn new skills and actively apply policies and procedures

4. Good computer skills

5. Be very organized

6. Be team oriented and willing to work in all other positions at the dental practice (back or front office) whenever needed. Cross train with other positions.

7. Ability to present Treatment Plan

8.Flexible to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed (Saturdays & Sundays)
