Practice Overview:
Dr. Kate Truitt & Associates is a boutique group practice with a whole-person approach specializing in the treatment of adults. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. We are located in beautifully appointed offices on Lake Avenue in Pasadena, offering a serene and professional setting for both our clients and team members.

Position Details:
• Title: Full-Time Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, or group therapy; crisis intervention; case management; consultation and community outreach; opportunity to participate in research and program development as desired

Benefits and Compensation:
• Competitive salary range with multiple tiers of bonuses - earn up to $125,000 with bonus tiers
• Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% coverage for Gold PPO health insurance with dental and vision plus dependent stipend, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Sign-on bonuses for certification in EMDR, PACT, IFS, or Somatic Experiencing

Location and Office Environment:
• Beautiful office on Lake Avenue in Pasadena.
• Proximity to Old Town, Cal Tech, and the Shops on Lake, including the new Erewhon market.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Active license as a Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist in California.
• Preferred experience in trauma and stress-related disorders.
• Training in EMDR or other psychosensory modalities, and/or a focus on couples therapy is a plus.
