Job Responsibilities :

• Defining project scope, recommending deliverables, budget, and resources.
• Overseeing curriculum development, reviewing course content, instructional materials, and system access requirements.
• Identifying business-specific learning objectives and adapting curriculum content and delivery methods.
• Performing as a lead instructor in a specialized content area, deploying development tools, and monitoring implementation.
• Identifying potential issues that impact performance and leading the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.
