Colonoscopy : -Colonoscopy via colostomy -Colonoscopy w / biopsy(ies) -Colonoscopy w / ablation of tumor / polyp / lesion -Colonoscopy w / removal of tumor / polyp / lesion by snare technique -Colonoscopy w / out biopsy -Colonoscopy w / submucosal -Colonoscopy control of bleeding Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) : -EGD diagnostic -EGD w / biopsy(ies) -EGD w / removal of tumor / polyp / lesion by snare technique -EGD control of bleeding -EDG esophageal dilation Surgical Procedures : -Flexible sigmoidoscopy with biopsy / snare / ablation / control of bleeding -PEG tub replacement EMR : CPRS Hospital Privileges required : Yes Temporary Privileges available : Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coveredRequirements : Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) DEA Certificate NPIPlease note : Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
