An employer is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join their growing Health and Welfare Direct Client Implementation Team. The Implementation Analyst will be responsible helping this company meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. They will be on a team of 4-6 people.
Implementation Process :
Phase 1 : Discovery and collecting requirements cloning the site, pulling together documents, client will send plan documents and legal paperwork
Phase 2 : Requirements process : take clients documents and translate, adding logos, site theme to match client
Phase 3 : When requirements are done : you will get handed requirements documents, navigate the screens, building plans (configuration)
Phase 4 : Writing test plans, script baseline to follow and show variations of classes and rates

Required Skills & Experience
2+ year's experience system configuration
Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, CONCATENATE, comfortable with large data sets)
Willing to learn by "trial and error" during the analysis / configuration / testing phases
Individual task management and organization skills
