A company is looking for a Shared Services Contact Center Specialist to join their Shared Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers regarding authorizations, claims, and general provider services
Document interactions thoroughly and ensure prompt, accurate follow-up on inquiries
Guide providers through processes such as checking authorization status and submitting claims
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service role
Knowledge of Medicare claims, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid preferred
Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases accurately
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through skills
