Position : Registered Nurse Pool (Per Diem or Contract)

Location : Various rural hospitals throughout Washington

Employment Type : Per Diem / 13-week Contract

Overview : We are now accepting applications for our RN pool. Pick up a few per diem shifts close to home, or work a full 13-week contract in a WA hospital. Per diem shifts and contract assignments are available in a variety of departments including MedSurg (Acute Care), Emergency Room, Surgery, OB, Home Health / Hospice, and Long Term Care. Once in the pool, nurses will receive specific information about available shifts or assignments in their area of specialty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in MedSurg, Emergency Room, OB, Home Health, or Long Term Care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
