Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
Experience in providing independent comprehensive services
ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are a plus
