Work clinically two days per week at one of the four primary care practices.Call Coverage : Share call responsibilities for significant issues, with RN triage handling initial contact.Administrative Responsibilities : Leadership : Provide medical staff leadership for four geographically close practices, collaborating with practice administrators and leading medical staff meetings.Team Building : Focus on mentorship, team building, and collaboration. Manage schedules, including office schedules and call coverage.Quality Improvement : Support quality improvement initiatives, implementation of policies, and compliance.
