A company is looking for a Coordinator, Process Management - Trial Division.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and review litigation Claims referrals and connect with relevant parties
Input data into the Legal Files matter management system for new file setup
Create documents and provide workflow tracking for referrals and correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
High school education or equivalent; legal studies or paralegal studies preferred
At least two years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in insurance law or legal practice
Two years of experience working with computer systems and data preferred
Knowledge of law practice, office practices, and insurance basics
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and input data efficiently
