Requirements

This Finance Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Finance and Accounting Department with many of its administrative and clerical duties.

• Assist with Invoice Dispute Resolution (IDR) activities ensuring accurate customer setup proper documentation and timely reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Perform timesheet follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely labor entry and compliance.
• Maintain and update project workforce assignments within Costpoint to reflect current staffing.
• Assist with document preparation including formatting work instructions process guides and training materials.
• Pull and distribute reports required for internal and external audits.
• Process PO voucher uploads and verify accuracy of supporting documentation.
• Provide collections support including compiling remittance details and following up on outstanding payments.
• Perform miscellaneous reconciliations and data validation within Costpoint as assigned.
• Support ad hoc financial and administrative projects as needed.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance and accounting department.
