      • This position will :

    • Provide acute care coverage on a per diem basis to assist with increased census and vacation coverage during the week
    • Provide one weekend per month of acute care coverage
    • Create and follow individual care plans to ensure a seamless transition from the hospital setting to the next care setting
    • Training is provided

      • Required :

    • Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • OT license in WI
    • CPR within 90 Days of hire

      • Therapists / Pharmacists

    • Occupational Therapist Acute Care Per Diem
    • Pharmacist - Hospital Per Diem
    • Physical Therapist - Inpatient
    • Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho
    • Respiratory Therapist - Hospital Per Diem
