Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT)

Setting : Rehabilitation

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Location : Fairfax VA 22030

Pay : $2,000 weekly

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and restoring patients’ mobility and function in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients according to their needs.

Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.

Provide direct therapy services to restore function and mobility.

Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians in accordance with practice acts.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Accurately and timely document all therapy services and patient progress.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT / MSPT / BSPT).

Active state PT license or ability to obtain.

Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs, schedules, and facility requirements.
