Title : HR Support Clerk

Classification : Non-Exempt.

Pay scale : $18.50 - $20.80 hourly.

Position Summary :

The Human Resources Support Clerk will be responsible for processing and tracking warnings. Maintain warning report. Serve as a contact person for HR, Management and Team Members on all warning inquiries.

General Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare Meal Period Payment Statement (Corp Only).
• Prepare Meal Period Warning.
• Prepare Meal Period Payment Adjustments.
• Prepare Exception Report individual store and all stores.
• Print and Review Over & Short Reports.
• Email A / P for Excessive Over & Short.
• Follow up Over & Short Investigations.
• Work Hour Audit
• Name Badge Order.
• Pending MPP, WIC, Over & Short, Double / Over Charges Report.
• Notification MPP, WIC, Over & Short Warning.
• Prepare Missing Punch Warnings for all stores.
• Missing Punch Report.
• Update Schedule Turn on Time Report.
• Document retrieval.
• File incoming documents.
• Fax and photocopy files.
• Cover HQ Reception duties when needed.
• Answer high volume of incoming calls and transfer to corresponding recipient.
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Greeting visitors warmly and making sure they feel welcomed.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrivals.
• Reserve conference rooms upon request.
• Ensure the reception area is organized, clean and free of food, drinks, etc.
• Order lunch for meetings as requested.

Knowledge and Skills :

Physical Demands : May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time. Will be required to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
