[job_card.job_description]Self-scheduled shifts on 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM). Work approximately 36 hours per week, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays every 6 weeks. Competitive pay range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour, with annual increases based on performance. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000, student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, and tuition assistance up to $7,200. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Must have a current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are essential.
Position Overview :
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Internal Float Pool. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work across various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. You will experience a diverse and dynamic work environment while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
