Esthetician Cosmetologist

Our fast-paced, waxing center is looking to add to our dynamic team! Our mission is to make our fabulous guests’ feel gorgeous and confident in their own skin, we just need YOU, the expert! As an Esthetician/Cosmetologist at European Wax Center in our St. Paul-Grand Ave location, your waxing expertise will ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence. We seek a special person who has a love for the craft, cares for others, is committed to delighting guests, and—of course—has fun while being awesome.

We’ll set you up for success far beyond any other waxing brand. You will join a team of expert estheticians, utilize innovative products and services, and experience state-of-the-art technology and proven methods and training to advance your skills.

You must hold a current Esthetics or Cosmetology state license for this position. A Salon Manager License is preferred or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire where you will be reimbursed for the exam. We have additional perks offered for the Manager's license holder as well.

Average Wage $20 - $45 per hour when tips, commissions, and bonuses are calculated!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Salon Manager License preferred, or be willing to obtain immediately.
• Full-time position, ability to work evenings and weekends.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
