[job_card.job_description]Excellent oral and written communication skills Provide executive oversight for all contracts and program activities Manage customer relationships and serve as primary point-of-contact for senior client leadership Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting functions Oversee cross-functional teams supporting acquisition, procurement, and technical program activities Identify and escalate risks, issues, and performance concerns Ensure contract deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance requirements Support interpretation of contract clauses and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance Other duties as assigned Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in federal or state program / project management Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (or specified clearance type) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Public Administration, IT, Contracting, or a related field PMP certification required Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, IT Management, or related field PgMP, FAC-P / PM Senior Level, or other advanced program management certification Prior experience overseeing MMIS / MES modernization or large federal IT programs

Eastern Realm Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager (Account Manager) position that will support the Alaska Department of Health, Division of Health Care Services (HCS) by providing executive-level leadership, contract oversight, and customer relationship management across a portfolio of acquisition, project management, and modernization activities. This role is responsible for strategic planning, high-level decision support, risk escalation, and ensuring that all contractual, performance, and operational objectives are met. The Senior Program Manager will guide multidisciplinary teams delivering procurement, contracting, MMIS / MES modernization support, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Position is part-time and is not expected to exceed 470 hours per year (10 hours per week). Offer will be contingent upon contract award.
