Rainscapes Irrigation is hiring an Irrigation Foreman to lead our team in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial clients. As an Irrigation Foreman , you will oversee daily job site operations, manage a crew, ensure projects meet high-quality standards, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including leaks, pressure problems, and electrical malfunctions.
• Conduct system audits to identify potential improvements for customers.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Train technicians on best practices, system maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers, providing recommendations for upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure tools and materials are available.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service jobs.
