Essential functions (job duties) :
Job Purpose : Coordinates and participates in administrative activities and assists with the development and implementation of programs and projects for the Office for Teaching and Learning (OTL), which serves instructors of the University in their teaching efforts. Serves as a resource to instructors and staff; responds to inquiries; resolves problems that arise; and assist in the day-to-day management of the OTL.

Qualifications : MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Education : Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or University. Master's degree preferred. + Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in program / project management. Demonstrated success in teaching and / or faculty development in a higher education setting preferred.
