Our clients Content Design Resources Team is seeking an Associate Producer to support their team in creating internal and public facing design guidance across their Services. This is a critical role supporting the creation of artwork resources, such as documentation and guides, for those who bring their Services to life. The team is looking for an organized and highly collaborative individual to serve as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and alignment across multiple functions.

What You’ll Do :

• Work closely with Senior Frameworks manager in providing technical consultation, design resources, and onboarding support to cross functional teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams, ensuring alignment and efficient problem-solving.
• Collaboratively plan and track the status of project milestones and manage deadlines for design resource changes and requirements throughout the project, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and document the specific needs of various teams to ensure onboarding materials are comprehensive, effective and easily accessible.
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation related to framework processes, onboarding guidelines, and launch support materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the organization, storage, and accessibility of digital assets related to Content Design Resources, ensuring proper version control.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers and timelines and communicate targets efficiently.
