Overview

Second shift : 2PM-1030PM

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Distribution Associates to join our fast-growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipment of products to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and audit customer orders.

Customize products to meet specific customer requirements.

Efficiently pack items for shipment.

Ensure prompt shipment to designated customer locations.

Inspect products to verify they meet quality and specification standards.

Collect, sort, and compact cardboard and other packaging waste.

Count and sort parts with precision.

Essential Skills

Experience with inventory management systems.

Proficiency in packing, picking, and shipping processes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Familiarity with receiving, labeling, and counting inventory.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
