We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

• Urologist
• to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of urologic conditions, including urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, male reproductive health concerns, and urologic cancers. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, PAs / NPs, hospitalists, radiologists, oncologists, pathologists, and pharmacists to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care. As needed, you may also be asked to provide inpatient consultations during regular business hours, as determined by department leadership.
• Required Skills
• Expertise in urologic diagnoses, assessment, intervention, and patient care management
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full urology scope of practice, including surgical and non-surgical treatment modalities
• Ability to interpret and utilize diagnostic studies such as ultrasound, CT, MRI, cystoscopy, and related imaging / tests
• Proficiency in performing common urologic procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, vasectomy, stone management, prostate procedures, etc.)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Required Experience
• Current California Medical License
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABU)

Pay : $534,000.00 - $592,000.00 per year
