This position will have responsibility for performing day-to-day operational activities of the Warehouse Financing business and its clients. Customer relations focus with SitusAMC business partners and their clients.

Essential Job Functions :

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs, including uploading data tapes, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, execution of fundings, margin calls, servicing updates and loan settlements,
• Provide direct operational support with the use of technical and operational solutions for external clients and lending partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their lending partners.
• Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client presentations
• Performing tasks and reporting related to warehouse financing in ProMerit
• Professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, zooms and email
• Coordinate meetings, send out meeting planners and take notes on calls
• Analyze and process client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Liaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements
• Collaborate with marketing team to prepare materials for external distribution
• Support ad-hoc projects and other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications / Requirements :

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $80,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
