A company is looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of remote Account Executives focused on selling their platform and solutions to mid-market prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with sales operations to create a metrics-driven sales process
Manage sales representatives and provide data-driven updates to leadership on performance and challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record
3+ years of experience in sales management with a successful team leadership background
Experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams
Familiarity with managing multiple sales strategies, including inbound and outbound
Experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce and Outreach
