Summary

The French Camp facility is a dry bulk fertilizer warehouse. Operations including safely offloading of railcars, operating forklifts and front-end loaders, and various product conveying systems This role will get the proper product to the customer. Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, mixing, and shipping of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely performs assigned task
  • Unloads and stocks incoming shipments
  • Completes fulfillment to customer specifications
  • Inventories stock on hand
  • Loads trucks utilizing forklifts, front end loaders, and railcar trans-loaders
  • Handles bulk product in an outdoor work environment
  • Clean / maintain facilities
  • Minor maintenance of material handling equipment

Typical Education

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    • Relevant Experience

  • 1+ years related experience and / or training
  • Experience in operating forklifts
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills

    • Required Certifications

  • Forklift Certification
