TITLE : Corporate Paralegal

LOCATION : New York or New Jersey office

Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s New Jersey or New York Offices to assist attorneys with corporate transactions.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Five (5+) years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and succession planning, financial and transactional practice.
• Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• College degree and / or paralegal certificate required.
