Accounts Receivable Specialist

PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an established team and make an immediate impact by collecting payments!

Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records

Assist in generating monthly billing statements

Create and submit invoices to customers

Identify delinquent accounts

Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the system

Prepare and submit bank deposits

Maintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures

At least 6 months relevant experience

Knowledge in accounting principles

Excellent customer service skills

Basic understanding of common Accounting software

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
