About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor . The Production Supervisor will lead a skilled team specializing in electrical control panel fabrication and sub-assemblies . In this critical role, you will work within our facility's production operations, ensuring that we meet our goals for quality, efficiency, and productivity. You will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality, production and safety standards on the production floor
• Additionally it is the Supervisor’s responsibility to ensure production lines are running efficiently to achieve the established productivity standards
• Must be capable of leading, training, and working alongside production workers
• Apply principles of operational excellence coupled with the mission, vision and values of Torus. Establish and manage the workflows supporting the production of Torus’ products or processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and leading initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
• Manage, develop and mentor production team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, time and attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee production to ensure all materials and finished goods are free of defects and meet quality requirements.
• Produce and analyze product data and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location + Travel The role is onsite based in our South Salt Lake Headquarters Warehouse (air-conditioned). May require occasional onsite work in Springville R&D warehouse (air-conditioned and non air-conditioned).

Schedule Full-Time, Hourly

Compensation $35.00 - 48.00 / hour (Note : We have the flexibility to hire at different levels, which may impact the corresponding pay range.)
