Retail Key Clerk - Boise

We are seeking a Retail Key Clerk in Boise to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail mall setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage, identify, and assist with customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor, price, fill and maintain inventory to ensure product is in stock and rotated
• Accurately enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Open or close the store daily
• Clean and tidy the store
• Report directly to store management
• Assist store management and company officers achieve store goals
• Be responsible for the store in managements absence
• Learn and conduct all operations in the store
• Follow the directives of supervision
• report openly and honestly to management, security, and owners.
• Accurately handle and count cash
• Maintain an excellent attendance and performance record
• Maintain high appearance, dress, and hygiene standards
• Work independently in a retail and mall location and atmosphere
• Complete other tasks or functions not listed here

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and slow-paced mall environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrates basic math skills
• Accurately counts all monies and cash registers
