A company is looking for a Family Physician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical guidance on diabetes prevention workflows and patient engagement strategies
Advise on the alignment of the Diabetes Prevention Program with primary care practices
Review program design, patient eligibility criteria, and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
Board-certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Experience managing patients with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes risk factors
Interest in preventive care and population health
Familiarity with value-based care or chronic disease prevention is a plus
