Director of Revenue Management

A company is looking for a Director - Revenue Management & Training.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Revenue Management department, focusing on compliance, pricing, and revenue optimization

Direct charge capture, reconciliation, pricing, and reimbursement practices while ensuring compliant billing and coding

Oversee revenue-related reporting, analysis, and process improvements to support sustainable net revenue growth

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience

Credentials such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and / or COC are required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital health information, clinical coding, or revenue cycle management

Expertise in identifying issues across revenue cycle and serving as a liaison between Operations and Finance

Proven track record in leadership and management within fast-paced environments
